Privacy Policy


This privacy policy applies between you, the User of this Website and Kim MacLeod at Inner Rhythms Coaching, the owner and provider of this Website. Kim MacLeod at Inner Rhythms Coaching takes the privacy of your information very seriously. This privacy policy applies to our use of any and all Data collected by us or provided by you in relation to your use of the Website.

Should I ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will be used in accordance with this privacy statement. This policy may be changed from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes.


Data Collection


I will collect your Data in a number of ways, for example: when you contact me through the Website, by telephone, post, e-mail or through any other means; when you enter a competition or promotion through a social media channel; when you elect to receive marketing communications and when you use my services. I may send you marketing materials by email because you have signed up via the website or by a soft opt in. Soft opt-in consent is a specific type of consent which applies when you have previously engaged with us (for example, you contact us to ask us for more details about a particular product/service, and we are marketing similar products/services). Under "soft opt-in" consent, we will take your consent as given unless you opt-out.

Client Information


Information is kept confidentially and securely. I strive to ensure that I treat personal information lawfully and correctly. Information such as your name and email address are collected when you contacted me, or signed up for my mailing list, signed up to receive products (free or purchased) through the website, or became a client. I will not pass on your personal information to third parties unless I am required by law or by a regulatory or government authority to do so. You don’t need to provide any personal information to access the web site.


If you become a client I will store your records and personal information. This enables me to support you during your sessions, maintain a reliable history of information relating to personal information, tools, techniques and programmes you have done with me, rather than me relying on memory. It also enables me to contact you in relation to your session or programme. All paperwork is securely locked away and any digital copies are stored on an encrypted PC.  All paperwork is destroyed 7 years after your final session.  You have a right to see any of your records or for your information to be destroyed. Please send a request in writing if you wish to do so.


If you contact me requesting information about my services, your email will be stored unless requested otherwise. You can request for your emails to be deleted by sending an email to me. 


Even if we delete your Data, it may persist on backup or archival media for legal, tax or regulatory purposes.



Those that sign up to join my mailing list or agree to be signed up, their names and email addresses will be stored using the automatic mailing system Mailchimp, which is fully compliant with GDPR regulations. Your details will never be sold or forwarded to any third party, and will only be used to send infrequent information, offers and marketing. You can unsubscribe at any point from receiving these mailings using the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the email.


Cookie Policy


We automatically collect some information about your visit to the Website. This information helps us to improve your experience of using the Website content and navigation and to improve our range of services.  It may include include your IP address, the date, times and frequency with which you access the Website and the way you use and interact with its content.

We will collect your Data automatically via cookies, in line with the cookie settings on your browser.  This site uses cookies – small text files that are placed on your machine to help the site provide a better user experience. In general, cookies are used to retain user preferences, store information for things like shopping baskets, and provide anonymised tracking data to third party applications like Google Analytics.


This Website may place the following Cookies: Strictly necessary cookies - These are cookies that are required for the operation of our website. Data may be required by us from time to time in order to provide you with the best possible service and experience when using our Website. Specifically, Data may be used by us for the following reasons: internal record keeping and transmission by email of marketing materials that may be of interest to you.

Cancellations and refunds

I do not offer refunds or cancellations for one to one sessions, programmes, packages or events booked.  Any refund or cancellation made will be at my discretion, if for example I can find someone else to take your place.


Online Programme


The Programme will be provided over the course specified on the sales page, as discussed, or in your confirmation email and shall be delivered by a combination of online sessions, telephone sessions, or one on one in person sessions.  The date and time of all sessions will be set out but are subject to change. I will provide you with as much notice of any change as is possible but shall not be liable to you in any way for any change to such dates or times. Please check the site regularly for updates on changes to dates and times.


One to one sessions


If you need to cancel an In Person Session, you should provide me with as much notice as possible (by emailing or phoning 07950 898 884) and I will endeavour to reschedule the session to a mutually convenient date and time. If you provide less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to provide any notice we may not be able to reschedule the session and you will not receive a refund for any amounts paid in relation to such session.


If you arrive late for an In-Person Session, we will try to extend the end time but if this is not possible, the session will end at the scheduled time and we you will not receive a refund for any amounts paid in relation to such session.


If I need to cancel a session I will aim to give you as much notice as possible and you will not be charged for the session.


You are responsible for your own belongings that you take to an In-Person Session and neither I will not be liable for any loss, damage, theft or destruction of any of your belongings.


Telephone and Online Sessions


Group telephone sessions shall start and end at the scheduled times regardless of the time that you join the call. If you are late for an individual telephone call, this may be extended at our discretion but if we need to end at the scheduled time, you will not receive a refund.


Online Sessions


The online sessions of the Programme may be held on third party secure servers and I will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the online content will be available at all times during the course of the Programme but in the event that such content (or any content added by you or other participants in the Programme) is not available in whole or in part at any time, or becomes corrupted, is deleted or is failed to be stored, I will have no liability in any circumstances.


You agree to keep user details and your password for the site confidential at all times and to not disclose them to any third party. You must notify me immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account and you shall indemnify us against all claims, damages, losses, costs or expenses (including professional fees) and any other liability which arises from any unauthorized use of your account.


The total price payable for the Programme is discussed with you on the phone, or you will be emailed details, or you can find the information on the sales page on the website You may choose to pay by instalments or in one lump sum and the total price payable shall depend upon which option you have chosen. If you choose to pay in instalments a deposit of the amount is payable on registration for the Programme. You will then pay further instalments for the remaining amount every 30 days until the total price payable has been paid.


If any sum payable under these terms is not paid within 7 days of the date due I reserve the right to suspend the availability of the Programme until such time as payment is made or the Contract is terminated. All payments are non-refundable.




You may not at any time copy, reproduce, publish in any form, share, sell, dispose of or otherwise make available to a third party in any way any of the content or materials contained in the Programme, any one to one session or event. You may not without our prior written consent make any audio or visual recordings of any part of our Programme. I may from time to time record the Programme being delivered during your attendance.  You authorise me to use your image and voice in any such recordings without payment, other condition or need for further consent. You acknowledge that certain information contained in the Programme and Programme materials is already in the public domain.


You are not permitted to sell or promote products or services to other participants in the Programme at or during any part of our Programme without our prior written permission.




The ideas, concepts and opinions expressed in this website and associated products and services are intended to be used for educational and information purposes only. No products and services including personal coaching are intended to replace your medical doctor and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, advice or treatment and are provided with the understanding that I am not rendering medical advice of any kind.


Due to the nature of coaching and the fact that your success is dependent on a number of factors over which I have no control, I do not guarantee any particular results. I will endeavour to ensure that all information that I provide is accurate and up-to-date but shall not be liable for any claims arising from such information being inaccurate or not up-to-date or otherwise.


Please consult your doctor first, and check with them before you start on any of the processes discussed. It is also important to note that all symptoms are noted and must always be reported to your medical doctor for appropriate investigation. You must cease using any strategies that are not agreeable or make you feel worse in any way. You should either seek to adjust that strategy so that it becomes supportive for your recovery or simply cease using it. Please note that I do not guarantee the outcome of using the program or any of the techniques mentioned during one to one sessions, group programmes or events. Hence there is no guarantee that you will have the same results as those of people providing testimonials even though the same approaches may be used.


The self-help approaches are offered on the understanding that you agree to accept full responsibility for your own wellbeing and health, and release Kim MacLeod of any liability and responsibility in relation to, but not limited to, loss or damage to you or other person or property arising from the information or suggestions offered.


Please note that some of the materials in my sessions and programmes are designed to engage your attention and some parts are designed to help you relax. To ensure your safety and that of others, do not listen to any material when you are driving a car, operating machinery or using appliances that may cause harm to property or cause personal injury to you or others. Only listen to the material when it is safe for you to do so.
